4th November Prize for Prof. Dr. Ivan Dodovski
Dr Ivan Dodovski, UACS Associate Professor in Critical Theory, Literature and Cultural Studies, has been presented the highest award of the Municipality of Bitola – the 4th November Prize – for outstanding achievements in science and culture in 2018. The award is bestowed for his study Small Folio for Theatre which includes his reviews, papers, articles and interviews on Macedonian theatre. This book of Prof. Dr. Dodovski marks his jubilee – 25 years of theatre studies research. The Municipality of Bitola has awarded two additional prizes for annual achievements in other areas, as well as lifetime achievements prize to Violeta Tomovska, doyen of Macedonian folk music.
