Student Council Members and President Elections

This Wednesday, December 12, 2018, we will be holding the elections for members of the University Student Council.

As representatives of the Student Council, 2 students from each study year and each language group will be elected per school. Therefore, for SBEM – 12 members will be elected, for SAD – 10, and for all the other schools – 6 students.

In order to conduct the elections for the Student Council, as well as the Student Council President election, committees have been formed at each of the UACS Schools, comprised of 2 students and 1 professor.

This means that during the day, and during class hours, the Committee members will visit each study group, in order to elect the Student Council members.

In accordance with the Law on Higher Education, the right to elect and to be elected for members of the University Student Council is entitled to each and every student who has been enrolled in the Academic Year 2018/2019 (in the first, second and third year of undergraduate studies).

On December 19, 2018 (Wednesday), the Student Council President elections will be held. In case of multiple presidential candidates, a general election will be held, in which all students are welcome to give their vote for the future president.

For more information on the Student Council and the upcoming elections, please contact the current President of the Students Council, Aleksandar Andonovski, or the Student Records Office, or the Assistant to the Secretary General of the University, Mrs. Marina Stojanovska.
