Call for Part-Time Teaching Positions at the School of Business Economics and Management

The School of Business Economics and Management is seeking qualified candidates for part-time teaching positions in the following courses:

– Digital Finance and Cryptocurrencies
The course delves into the realms of fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital finance, preparing students to navigate the dynamic landscape of the digital transformation reshaping the global financial ecosystem.

– Business Analytics
The course provides an introduction to big data analytics for all business decisions. Students will learn how data analysts describe, predict, and inform business decisions in the specific areas of marketing, human resources, finance, and operations, and develop basic data literacy and an analytic mindset that will help them to make strategic decisions.

We invite applications from both academics and practitioners who are passionate about teaching and can bring real-world experience into the classroom. Ideal candidates should possess a solid understanding of the relevant fields and demonstrate the ability to engage and inspire students.

Qualifications:

– A relevant advanced degree in finance, business analytics, computer science, or a related field (to have at least one degree from the UACS, or to have at least one degree at a renown international university);
-To have at least 10 years of experience in the field with significant achievements (Digital Finance, Cryptocurrencies, or Business Analytics is a significant advantage);
– To have a strong research output;
– Experience in teaching at the higher education level is preferred;
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
– Have an advanced level (C1 or C2) in English language proficiency.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and deliver course content in an engaging manner;
– Assess and evaluate student performance;
– Provide mentorship and support to students.
