Rector at University American College SkopjeAdvanced Organizational Behavior (AOB) is an upper level management course. It’s an extension to the courses of Management Introduction. AOB on the Graduate level is designed to empower current and future leaders with the necessary skills to improve their effectiveness and boost carriers. Organizational Behavior (OB) is field of study where students learn the impact that individuals, groups and structure have on behavior within an organization, for a purpose of applying that knowledge to make function, how to resolve conflicts and how to build productive teams in order organizations to be more effective. More specific, OB is concerned specifically with employment related situations. There appears to be general agreement that OB includes the core topics of motivation, leaders’ behavior and power, interpersonal communication, group structure and processes, attitude development and perception, change processes, conflict, work design and work stress.
