Computer Graphics and Animation

The students following this course will be introduced to the mathematical foundations necessary for quality computer graphics processing. This includes a repetition of fundamentals of trigonometry and planar geomentry, as well as getting acquainted with the basic terms and equations of analytical geometry, both planar and spatial. Therefore, vector algebra in space will also be covered, as a foundation for spatial analytic geometry, as well as for using any 3D graphics program. Finally, students will gain expertise in using Autodesk Softimage 2010.
