Guest lecturer from Insurance Supervision Agency of Macedonia at UACS
Ms. Ratka Celakovski, Coordinator of Directorate for maters related to Council of experts from the Insurance Supervision Agency of Macedonia was a guest lecturer at UACS, as part of the course “Financial markets and Institutions”, with lecturer Maja Parnardzieva-Zmejkova, PhD on March 31.
Mr. Celakovski presented the development of the Insurance Supervision Agency of Macedonia, as the youngest financial supervisor in the country that is responsible for the stability of the insurance market, conducting licensing and supervising processes. In addition, the students were informed about the function of the Agency for protection of customers and the possibility for anyone who is not satisfied from the work of the insurance companies or intermediaries, especially in the process of claims settlement, to submit complain in the Agency.
