Guest speaker at the UACS Entrepreneurship Class – Dejan Kalinikov, the CEO of SEAF Macedonia
Yesterday, on March 27th, we were honored to welcome a distinguished guest speaker to our Entrepreneurship class. Dejan Kalinikov, the CEO of SEAF Macedonia, graced us with his presence.
Dejan holds the esteemed position of Managing Director at SEAF Macedonia and SPMG Capital, a prominent Macedonian fund management company overseeing two private equity funds, SIF and MIF. With over a decade of experience in the region, Dejan has successfully executed numerous investments and exits.
His influence extends beyond his corporate roles, as he serves as an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors of AmCham Macedonia, having previously held the position of President. Additionally, he is a valued member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Directors.
Dejan’s academic achievements include an MBA degree with a focus on strategy and finance from Emory University in Atlanta, GA, USA, and a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Computer Sciences from UKIM, Macedonia.
During his time with us, Dejan delivered exceptional lectures on various forms of funding for entrepreneurial ventures, encompassing angel investing, VC funds, equity funds, and more.
