Mr. Rick Hathaway, Vice President of Habitat for Humanity – Guest speaker at UACS
As part of the Organizational Behavior and Leadership class led by prof. Marjan Bojadjiev PhD, the students from the MBA program at the UACS School of Business Economics and Management had the privilege to listen to our guest speaker – Rick Hathaway, Vice President of Habitat for Humanity. Mr. Hathaway was kind enough to join our class and discuss the differences between leadership in the business and the NGO sector, via interesting analyses and examples from the works of Habitat for Humanity. UACS and the students would like to thank Mr. Hathaway for this unique opportunity and the knowledge they have acquired.
