Mrs. Tanja Jakimovska as a guest lecturer in the Psychology Department at UACS
On 21 November 2017, UACS third-year undergraduate students in psychology taking the course Psychological Tests and Measurements with Dr. Blagica Vanikj, had the opportunity to attend a guest lecture on the topic of “Implementation of psychological tests in an organization”. The lecture was delivered by Mrs. Tanja Jakimovska, who has more than a 10 years of working experience as an organizational psychologist in Macedonia’s largest IT company, Seavus.
During the lecture, students learned more about the practical implementation of psychological tests and measurements in the business environment, in the area of recruitment and selection of candidates, promotion of company’s employees, training and career development, as well as in the area of teams’ development in an organization.
