Organized lectures by Prof. Blagica Rizoska Vanic as part of the psychology department at UACS
On May 4th and 5th, a series of guest lectures were organized as part of the psychology department of the University American College Skopje, within the Industrial Psychology and Cognitive Psychology courses taught by Prof. Blagica Rizoska Vanic.
As part of the Industrial Psychology course, Marija Trajkovska and Kristina Petrovska were invited from the Seavus Group to UACS premises to present their experiences on the topic: “Recruitment and selection of IT staff – current trends and trends”. In addition, as part of the Cognitive Psychology course, the students were welcomed to the Counseling Center for Human Cooperation-Gestalt Training Institute, where the topic: “Neurological foundations of cognition – assessment, and analysis”, was discussed with Kristina Lazarevska.
A valuable experience and incentive for the continuous connection of formal education with practical work, we thank the guest lecturers who cordially responded to the invitation and contributed to the personal and professional growth and development of our students. We also thank all the students who attended, asked, and shared in this interactive experiential learning process.
