Panel Discussion Debate with UACS Students – Reinforcement of the NATO Eastern Flank
On May 16th, the University American College Skopje had the honor to host a Panel Discussion with UACS students on the topic of “Reinforcement of the NATO Eastern Flank”. The event was organized by UACS, the Honorary Consuls Club, the Embassies of the Visegrad Group of countries, and MFA of RNM, with Prof. Marjan Bojadjiev PhD, UACS Rector giving the formal address, and Prof. Marina Andeva, UACS moderating the event.
The panel discussion center around the announcement on further strengthening of NATO’s eastern flank expected to happen at the Vilnius summit in July, with representatives from the countries of the Visegrad Group and from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of North Macedonia, each representing their positions on the topic, followed up by questions from our UACS students.
We are thankful to representatives from the countries of the Visegrad Group, and to Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of North Macedonia, for taking part in this panel discussion, as we hope to have them again in the future.
