Prof. Marjan Bojadjiev, PhD, participates in the Executive Leadership Talk with Nicola Bertolini, Head of Cooperation, Delegation of the European Union. The meeting was held on August 23, 2018, and was organized by our long-standing Business Council members, the American Chamber of Commerce in Macedonia (AmCham Macedonia).
Mr. Bertolini discussed the main challenges of the private sector in the country, with special emphasis on the public sector support to business, the development of SMEs in the Northeast, Polog, and Southwest regions, technical and financial constraints of the business sector, and measures and activities that the EU could implement in order to prepare the private sector for the EU internal market.
This event was part of the series of events geared toward AmCham member company executives, that provide a unique access to political, policy, corporate, and institutional leaders, whose expertise, insights, and experience contributes in shaping the business, political, and social climate in Macedonia.
