Study visit to UNDP Office
On 16 April 2019, third year students from the School of Political Science, with their instructor Biljana Stefanovska, visited the offices of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Skopje as part of their course in International Organizations & Institutions. Students had the opportunity to familiarize with the work of the international organizations on the ground, and more precisely with the role of UNDP in providing policy advice and implementing projects in the area of Environment and Energy, Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change. Also, the students participated in the discussion on the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), where each student chose a specific priority goal and explained why he/she thinks it is important and how it can be advanced or implemented in our society.
