UACS Guest Lecture by the University of Ljubljana Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tamara Pavasovic Trost
Today, the University American College Skopje had the privilege of hosting Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tamara Pavasovic Trost, Associate Professor at the University of Ljubljana, School of Economics and Business, Slovenia, for a guest lecture titled “Culture, Identity, and Stereotypes in International Business.”
Drawing from her experience at prestigious institutions like Princeton and the University of Graz, she explored how cultural awareness and understanding can help overcome stereotypes and enhance cross-cultural collaboration in business. The lecture offered students a deeper understanding of the sociological factors that influence global business and provided key takeaways for success in international markets.
