UACS SAD students visited the Museum of Contemporary Art in Skopje
The first-year undergraduate students at UACS School of Architecture and Design taking the course in Visual Expression 2, had an organized visit to and lecture at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Skopje. They had the possibility to attend three current exhibitions: Object-pavilion by the Macedonian representative at the Venice Architecture Biennale 2016; an exhibition by the founders of Macedonian modern art and sculptures from the collection of the Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA).
A lecture was held by the architect Ivan Simeonov from the architectural studio Stone Design – Skopje, one of the authors who represented Macedonia at the last Architecture Biennale in Venice, Italy.
Prof. Misko Ralev, PhD and Prof. Victorija Eremeeva-Naumovska, MA, addressed the students on the architectural aspects in the period of the Modern art.
Prof. Toni Vasic, PhD, Asst. Prof. Ljupco Jovanov, PhD and Martin Delovski, presented regarding the Macedonian art in the context of the current exhibition at the Museum.
