UACS SFL faculty and UACS SPS students participated in the Global Partners in Education Food and Culture Project
UACS School of Foreign Languages faculty member, Asst. Prof. Ivana Trajanoska, PhD, together with Boni Cvetanovska and Petar Vidinovski, students at UACS School of Political Science, participated in the Global Partners in Education (GPE) Food and Culture Project.
Their recipes, stories and photos got published at the first edition of the Stories and Dishes around the World, a culinary collection that celebrates indigenous dishes, together with the recipes and food-related stories from 11 other countries.
