UACS SL students participated in an international Due Diligence competition
UACS School of Law students have participated in an international competition, during which they needed to prepare Due Diligence of a company and Agreement of Sale of Shares.
The contest was organized by the largest law firms from Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia.
This year, the competition was held at the premises of the law firm “Debarliev, Dameski and Kjeleshoska” (DDK) in Skopje.
UACS SL students were excellent in terms of the defense and presentation of their project. They were praised for their knowledge and skills by the judges of the Competition.
The UACS team was composed of the following students: Radenkov Ljubimir, Nojkova Sara, Nikita Tashevska, Maria Kajchevska and Elena Damchevska, who were working under the mentorship of UACS School of Law faculty member, Assoc. Prof. Kimo Chavdar, PhD.
