UACS students visited Cementarnica USJE AD Skopje
On November 2, 2016, UACS students who follow the Ecology and Sustainable Development and Environmental Law courses with Prof. Zoran Sapuric, PhD visited the cement factory of Cementarnica Usje AD Skopje.
The students had the possibility to become familiar with the process of organization and management in the company, factory installation, cement manufacturing process, as well as the measures of corporative and social responsibility and work safety implemented by the company.
A special emphasis has been put on the measures and activities implemented for environmental protection in the area of air quality, soil and water protection and monitoring of the implementation of EU and national environmental standards and regulations.
