Business Planning

Business Planning integrates the functional disciplines in the core undergraduate curriculum. The course introduces students to the nature of strategic planning and implementation across a broad spectrum of business contexts. At the core of this course are formulation, development, and implementation of a business strategy.  Some of the topics central to this course include organizational vision and mission, industry and competitive analysis, sustainable competitive advantage, strategy formulation and implementation, and strategic leadership. Through case study students will have the opportunity to develop strategic plans and engage in the exploration of a creative side of the strategic business planning.
