Administrative Law and Public Administration

The purpose of this course is to introduce the student to the organization of the public administration and its basic activities and functions. Also the course covers the legislation related to the public administration. The most common structure of the public administration system will be shown, as well as basic goals, tasks and principles in every day executive authorities work. The main subject of the course is consisted of two connected parts: Theoretical analysis of the core terms, ideas and concepts of governing and public administration; Analyses of the existing public administration conditions and circumstances in the Republic of Macedonia as well as comparative review of the basic public administration institutions, its responsiveness and accountability and the legal forms and ways of the public sector privatization
