Constitutional Law

CONSTITUTIONAL LAW is the fundamental law of nation-states or other political organizations. Constitutional law is a branch of the legal system of a nation, and at the same time, a field of study within law, political science and international relations.  Every modern nation has a constitution as the basic framework for the government’s action, the relations between the people and the government and the citizens’ rights.  A constitution is normally the supreme law of the land (i.e. a nation).  This course is about constitutional law and the constitutions of various nations, about how different nations are governed and how they make decisions of political or other nature.
