The course focuses on advancement of knowledge regarding organizational change and exploring organizational change models and methodologies. This course critically deals with the roles of change agents in facilitating and leading change and application of the skill set critical to creating and managing organizational change. The course explores the change management strategies, among which communication plan, training plan, appreciative inquiry,ADKAR change model and other concepts through real cases both globally and in the local context. Special attention is placed on real examples of change management and how this relates to the success and prosperity of companies and organizations. The topics include reinforcing change, recognition and rewards.
