This course is for software engineers, database engineers, and programmers. In this course, the students will learn basics about working and managing distributed data. The material addressed in the course includes latest aspects of Distributed database design, also Query processing and optimization in distributed databases, with special attention on Distributed information retrieval.
The students taking this course will learn how to use extension of SQL for distributed environments, structure the data in a distributed database, and how to perform various tasks with it. They will also obtain the skills for writing different types of database applications. Finally, they will become adept at using a current version of MS SQL Server , they will learn how to be quality assistants to expert teams for database creation and will be able to easily work in database centers.
