Introduction to EU Law

The European Union law is legal base for the existing and functioning of the EU. All activities on the EU level must have the legal framefork. The EU law has own identity and spetial relations with the law of the member states and the international law, what  differentiate it from the international law.  Within the course the students will be study the elements, the structure, the development and the implementation of the EU law. The students wil study the EU treaties and other  sources of EU law, the directives, regulations, decesions and other secondary  law, and the’’ soft law’’ as a tertialy sources of law. The importance of  learning theEU law is especially high considering that Macedonia, as aspirant membership of the EU, has a number of obligation to implement EU law, which is very dynamic.
