Public Finance

The course deals with standard instructions on public finances. Students will learn theoretical aspects of the public finances including fiscal policies, public revenues and expenditures, public debt financing, budget process with a focus on the budget preparation process, budget execution and budget liquidity management. The students will also get familiar with some stages of the budget process in the Republic of Macedonia and the EU Budget
