Elena Bundaleska, Ph.D is Associate Professor at the UACS School of Business Economics and Management. Her other working engagements include Lecturer on the company law related topics, at EURISK Bar Exam Preparation Trainings. She finished her PhD in Transparency and Disclosure in Banking at the United Nations European Center for Peace and Development and LLM in Banking and Finance at Fordham University, New York, US and her BA in Law at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus”, University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius”, Skopje, Macedonia.
