Dimitrinka Jordanova-Peshevska at Safety 2016

Dimitrinka Jordanova Peshevska, Professor of Practice in Psychology at the UACS School of Political Science, participated in the 12th World Conference on Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion (Safety 2016), which was held from 18 to 21 September 2016 in Tampere, Finland.

She presented the paper titled “Situation Analysis on Child Maltreatment Prevention in Several South East European Countries” (co-authored with: Dinesh Sethi, Gentiana Qirjako, Fimka Tozija, and Tamara Jordanova). She also had a poster presentation titled: “Predictors for Psychological Dating Violence Victimization and Perpetration in Male and Female Adolescents” (co-authored with Nikolina Kenig and Tamara Jordanova).

Safety 2016 brought together over 1200 of the world’s leading researchers, practitioners, policy-makers and activists to share information and experiences and to discuss solutions on injuries and violence prevention
