UACS SBEM students visited the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia

On 3 May 2017 (Wednesday), UACS School of Business Economics and Management students, who follow the course Monetary Economics with the course instructor, Prof. Tome Nenovski, PhD, visited the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia (NBRM).

During the visit, they followed a lecture on the organizational alignment and the method of conducting the monetary policy of NBRM. They also learned more regarding the management of Macedonia’s foreign exchange reserves and the control of the payment systems.

Our students also visited the Treasury of NBRM, the room where the metal coins are minted, as well as the NBRM Museum. Therefore, they were able to get better acquainted with the operational aspects of the monetary policy in the Republic of Macedonia and the operations of the National Bank.
