UACS TALKS: “Bilateral and Multilateral Diplomacy” by Ambassador Alain Le Roy

The University American College Skopje’s School of Political Science has the pleasure of inviting you to a UACS Talks Lecture, held by Ambassador Alain Le Roy, on the topic – “Bilateral and Multilateral Diplomacy”.

An ambassador of France and former Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations, in charge of peacekeeping operations, as well as a former Director of Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador of France to Italy, Secretary General of the European External Action Service (EU) and the Honorary Senior Advisor to the Court of Auditors, Ambassador Le Roy will provide the present audience with his invaluable insight into the topic of discussion of the day.
